How long does a typical order take?

Alpha Awards & Engraving is committed to providing our customers with the most efficient and fastest service for receiving their awards. All orders are produced on a first come first serve basis.  Most reasonable size orders can be produced within 3-5 business days. However, they can vary due to proof delay, poor quality logo, size of order, backorders, and payment delays. We do, however, offer a rush service for extreme situations. Rush orders can typically be ready in 1-2 days depending on the order and what’s in stock.

What type of images are usable?

Obviously, the higher the quality and resolution the better. We can use most high/medium quality photos.  Submit what you have, we will notify you if the quality is good enough for us to use.

What format do I send Logo artwork?

Artwork can be sent in a number of formats. The best format is a vector based logo such as an .eps, .ai, or .cdr etc.  If you don't have a vector of your logo, send us a jpg, tif, bmp, or whatever you do have and we may be able to clean it up.  If the image is  low quality or too small to use, we will notify you.

What cities does Alpha Awards & Engraving serve?

Alpha Awards & Engraving serves the greater Tulsa area. This includes, but is not limited to the following cities: Tulsa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Glenpool, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Claremore, Catoosa, Skiatook, Collinsville, Pawhuska, Dewey, Barnsdall, Bristow, Cleveland, Kellyville, Manford, Wagoner, Coweta, Inola, Mounds, Beggs, Okmulgee, and Henryetta.  We can also ship domestic and worldwide!

How long in advance do I need to place an order?

To avoid a rush fee, 10 days is usually a safe amount of time to place an order.  Some signage may need more of an advancement to get you the order on time.

Is engraving included in the price, and are their setup fees?

Engraving is included in the price, however, if there is a significant amount of detail and artwork to be setup,  then a setup fee may be charged.  We will notify you in such a case.

If I need my order shipped, how much more will it cost?

We ship via UPS. Price is determined by UPS for location and weight.
